Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every Zooel Collection piece is individually handmade and made to order after your purchase is confirmed. We do not keep ready-made stock. Each garment is produced specifically for the order in the selected size XXS–XXL according to our size chart, or according to individual measurements where requested.

Custom-made, made-to-measure, altered or personalized garments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where required by applicable law or where the item is materially faulty or incorrect.

For garments ordered in one of our standard sizes XXS–XXL, any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded will remain applicable.

Size Selection & Measurements

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing our size chart before placing an order and selecting the appropriate size.

If a garment is made according to measurements provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all measurements are complete and accurate. Zooel Collection cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements supplied by the customer.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

As every Zooel Collection garment is individually cut, sewn and finished by hand, slight variations in stitching, draping, embellishment placement, lace, texture or finishing may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the garment and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is materially defective, damaged upon delivery or different from the product ordered, please contact us at contact@zooel.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, Zooel Collection may offer an appropriate solution such as alteration, repair, replacement or refund where required by applicable law.

Alterations & Corrections

Because our garments are individually handmade, where appropriate we may offer an alteration or correction to achieve the intended fit. Each request is reviewed individually.

Zooel Collection reserves the right to refuse requests that fall outside this policy, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
